Vice Chairman Chaffee - Oral Re: District 4 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) opened on February 1. Due to the high volume of responses received, District is pausing the acceptance of new applications at this time; the Clerk-Recorder will host civil weddings including live streaming for those unable to attend in person on Valentine's Day (February 14) and Leap Day (February 29); thanked Steve McNally for voicing concerns regarding Proposition 1 and changes to Mental Health Services Act funding
